Remove the Beef Wellington from the box. Keep it wrapped with the Aluminum Foil

Put the Beef Wellington and the Sauce in the freezer

Put the Egg Yolk in the fridge

The Beef Wellington and the sauce will last for up to 1 month since storage

The Egg Yolk will last for up to 3 days in the fridge
- HOW TO PREP -
Beef Wellington

Remove the Beef Wellington and the sauce from the freezer

Bring the Beef Wellington and the sauce into room temperature at around 25 degrees Celsius by leaving it in the open space for about 4 - 5 hours, away from direct sunlight and any heat source

After defrosting the Beef Wellington, preheat the Oven to the desired temperature

235°C for 25 Minutes = Well Done

240°C for 20 Minutes = Medium

250°C for 17 Minutes = Rare

Base the Beef Wellington with enough Egg Yolk

Put the Beef Wellington in the Oven and wait for it to cook

After cooking, rest the Beef Wellington for at least 10 minutes and at most 25 minutes before serving

Preheat the sauce to the desired consistency, add the required liquid depending on the type of sauce for desired consistency
